Abstract: In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock stability and safety control in large-section roadway roof embedded high-stress weak intercalated seam, taking the 2302 return airway in Licun Mine as the project background, the deformation law in the return airway under different support parameters was studied by analyzing previous support problems and applying FLAC3D software. Meanwhile, support parameters in 2302 return airway were optimized, the technique of three-dimensional support structure combining with sidewall-roof-floor integrated control was proposed, and the scheme of roadway surrounding rock control in high-stress weak intercalated seam was presented. The application results show that during the process of mining, maximum roof subsidence, maximum two-sided displacement and maximum floor heave in 2302 return airway are 21.6cm, 35.6cm and 15.7cm respectively. The control scheme has a certain application value due to the fact that it can effectively solve the problem of roadway stability roof embedded high-stress weak intercalated seam.
